Choi Binna is a graphic designer and activist based in Seoul. She is interested in the physical and cognitive changes that are taking place in the transitional era between an industrial society and an information technology society and in particular, the new types of isolation and marginalization in this transition. She is trying to create a social and cultural program to control such isolation. Unmake Lab is a project that is run on behalf of such concerns.
 

Unmake Lab is a collaborative project run with several colleagues that is looking for variety of artistic and cultural ways to utilize civic skills. Unmake Lab proceeded various project such as the "Hack and Play Workshop," which deals with how technological society can become a black box, "Who makes DIY Citizens" deals with the connection how crowd sourcing culture effect the citizenship, "Data Craft" that discuss the changes under the algorithm society, "Internet Black Market," which shows the internet censorship and drop of internet freedom through critical goods and media performance.
